aid in regaining, preserving or improving physical health, function and wellness.

Physical Therapy

At ELITE Therapy & Fitness we have the unique ability to offer Aquatic Therapy at both our Carlisle Pike and Mercury Drive locations. The benefits of aquatic therapy are extensive. Thanks to the buoyancy and warmth of the water, patients can tolerate weight bearing exercises earlier and can regain their range of motion and strength with less pain.

We treat a variety of conditions in our heated pools including fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic pain and multiple non-surgical and post-surgical orthopedic conditions.

Wellness

The POWER of aquatic exercise is incredible! The hydrostatic pressure of the water will reduce swelling and inflammation. The buoyancy of water allows you to move freely through a greater range of motion allowing you to get a great pain-free workout. You can become a member of our Aquatic Wellness Program and utilize the pool, underwater treadmills and bicycles, equipment and classes at any time.

Aquatic Programs

Members wishing to have an individual aquatics program made for them must complete a Par-Q (including ortho and medical history) and participate in an aquatic assessment. From there, you will have 1 scheduled follow-up with a Trainer, who will teach you your program.

How Does This Work With My Insurance?

Currently, insurance does not cover wellness programs. We do offer a 15% discount on 3 and 6 month aquatic memberships to those eligible for Silver Sneakers, Silver Splash, and Silver Fit.

We DO NOT offer any Silver program classes at our facility.
